Buyer: That’s you, the awesome human making bold moves and placing an order.
Goods or Services: The cool, witty, and ethically-made items you’ve ordered from us.
PAYMENTS
Payments: Payments are due when you wrap up your order. If payment doesn’t go through or gets declined, we can’t ship your goodies, and you’ll lose the claim to your items.
How to Pay: We take all the big players—Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AmEx, PayPal, and Shop.
SHIPPING
Shipping Costs: You cover shipping, which we calculate at checkout. If your package pulls a vanishing act during transit, don’t worry—we’ll refund you the full amount, shipping included.
Special Cases: Free shipping in the USA is just that—within the USA. International or rush orders may come with extra fees.
Shipping Mishaps: If your package arrives a little worse for wear, we’ll do our best to help, but we can’t promise refunds for damage during transit.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
